All the occasions that I recall Noble playing well was further up the pitch closing down the opposition defenders. He fell into the defensive midfield role by mistake - has never been good enough in that position but somehow no manager has realized it. Further up he can do a job...but Lanzini is the main man...Noble can just use his enthusiasm to hassle and hurry behind him.
Once Antonio comes back then he can warm the bench with Hart and Zabaleta...

How people can’t start both kayoute and obiang in their line ups I don’t know. They were shocking and both worse than Noble. Even Noble would of finished one of them two chances kayoute had. Finishing was laughable.
